Definition: A missed trip is defined as a trip in which a vehicle arrives outside the 30 minute on-time window (early or late) and the passenger does not ride.

Performance (February 2024):

The mobility missed trip rate in February 2024 was 0.72%, which did not meet the target of 0.50% or less.
